Presented by Jason ProctorBy almost any objective measure, PHP is a terrible programming language. It’s riddled with half-baked ideas, internal inconsistencies, and even a fair number of bugs so well entrenched they’re considered features now. But also it runs roughly a third of the internet, so it must be doing something right. I’d like to show PHP in a good light—modern frameworks and their ecosystems have made it a powerful, expressive language ideal for web work.
