SAC Web and Portal teams through multiple projects, including a total redesign of the website and user portal with an emphasis on responsive and flat design. Immediately prior to Mt. SAC, Mr. Turner worked on data quality analysis through Management Information Systems (MIS) at North Orange County Community College District. He taught multiple MIS, Computer Science, and Math courses as an adjunct professor, and has held distinguished positions in the private sector, including Marketing & Communication Director, and President & CIO of an Internet startup company. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, a Master of Computer Science degree from Azusa Pacific University, and a Bachelor's in Math and Computer Science from U.C. San Diego.
