Being a Change Wizard: Making Web Magic Happen While Your College Changes Strategy
Tuesday, Oct 15 11:45 - 12:30
Presented by Leo Pardo and Kelly KrauseIn the name of innovation, the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University was challenged to reimagine itself to be better positioned to solve major health challenges. The college executed a new plan which included dissolving five existing departments — all within one year. The college’s web team supported the new plan by building a new intranet, removing nearly 400 external web pages associated with old departments, and publishing content to reflect the new vision and structure.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
– Plan web projects during organizational changes with limited resources and information.
– Define business objectives while dealing with moving targets.
– Identify web marketing and communications tactics that support college reorgs.
